Important: While self-hosting provides the infrastructure and tools to support these compliance standards, the actual implementation, maintenance, and ongoing compliance is your organization’s responsibility. Basedash can assist with deployment and configuration, but you must ensure your security controls meet the specific requirements of each standard.

Getting started

Request access and onboarding

Self-hosting is currently available to select customers. The onboarding process includes:
  1. Contact us - Reach out at support@basedash.com to discuss your self-hosting requirements
  2. Infrastructure review - We’ll work with you to understand your deployment environment and needs
  3. Portal access - You’ll receive an invite to the Distr customer portal for deployment management
  4. Choose deployment method - Select the deployment approach that fits your infrastructure (see Deploy for options)
  5. Deploy and configure - Set up Basedash in your environment and configure integrations

Once you have access to self-hosting, you’ll receive:
  • Distr customer portal access - Central hub for managing your deployment, versions, and updates
  • Deployment artifacts - Container images, docker-compose files, or Helm charts based on your deployment method
  • Configuration documentation - Guides for setting up data sources, authentication, and AI models
  • Ongoing support - Assistance with deployment issues and questions
